                16 July 1968

                • wrecked 23 April 1968 near Uno or St Lazar, MB. Locomotive derailed on the Birdtail River bridge, fell into the river and burned.
                • CN GP7 4804, GP7 4819, and F7 9108 were also involved in the accident.
                • All locomotives were buried on site along with remains of about 20 cars.
                • In 1996 some of the wreckage was excavated and removed to Mandak Metals in Selkirk MB.
